With our Rapport3 CRM module, contact information is clearly displayed on the dashboard, with an intelligent contact lifecycle retaining company history, keeping it always easily accessible. The powerful dashboard has features unlike any competitor, including a campaign management system, comprehensive integration with Outlook and the capability to manage business development tasks through mobile and Outlook plugins. Ethos can utilise this to keep track of and manage their global client base. 

Able to integrate with Ethos’ existing email system and powered by our specialist email management software, Gekko, Rapport 3 offers a highly sophisticated email management system. It provides intuitive, slick email filing, splitting emails into folders for each project and ensuring all emails are accessible at all times - by everyone. The comprehensive search function allows even the most obscure email to be found in long-term projects, so Ethos’ project communication can run smoothly at all times. 

Our HR module keeps key staff information available in a searchable database, including skills information and performance reviews. Enabling Ethos to keep track of their team as they keep track of their project, it helps to ensure that they always have the right people on each task. Also providing CPD, Benefits and Recruitment features, it helps them to take care of their staff as people and as professionals at all times, from one place.
