Rapport3 Software

  • Do I need to install anything?

    No, all you need to use Rapport3 is a browser.

  • What browsers do you support?

    We support IE, Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, iPhone & Android. 

  • Can I work from different devices?

    Yes, our software is designed for mobile and desktop so you can be supported wherever you are, helping staff stay connected and updated. Our web interface means all features are available from any location with just the normal login, on mobile or tablet.

  • Where is Rapport3 hosted?

    Our internal software and file structure is cloud based so is fully suited to working away from home and within the office. 

  • Does Cubic Interactive own the software?

    We do own our project management software Rapport3 and our email management software Gekko.

  • Do you have regular updates?

    We regularly update our software at no inconvenience to our clients.

  • Where can I keep up to date on your news?

    We have a dedicated team looking after our news and social channels where you can stay up to date on our industry leading discussions, networking events, our clients work and team updates.

  • Do you have any interactive events I can get involved in?

    Absolutely, we host regular webinars through collaborations with our partners where we love engaging in discussion. If you have missed our previous webinars, you can view these here. We also host annual user groups to engage with our clients and gain valuable feedback to support our journey alongside yours.

  • You have a lot of large clients, do you also support smaller companies?

    Yes, we offer various packages to suit your size, structural complexity, and budget. We offer small business enterprise, standard, and process mapping packages to help you identify and solve issues using our solution.

  • Can we speak to any existing clients to see how they are utilising the software?

  • What hours is support available?

    Our support team are available 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday providing support to ensure the best customer experience.

  • What methods of support are available?

    You can contact our support team by phone, email and also through Microsoft teams.

  • Do you have any account management options?

    These are available, our support team are great in ensuring our clients' needs are met. 

  • Do you have support videos or training available?

    Yes, our clients have access to a wide range of material to support them. We also offer additional bespoke training sessions to suit your needs, that can be discussed with our sales team.
