Expenses can be added through desktop Rapport3, the Rapport3 mobile app and through the intuitive Outlook plug-in, meaning if engineers are out and about, it is easy to add any expenses immediately. A recharge and non-recharge option is available, and there is a simple approval system in place throughout.

Rapport3 has many powerful standard reports that can be exported to Excel. Using our OData integration provides even greater flexibility, allowing greater data analysis using Excel and business intelligence tools like Microsoft’s PowerBI. Specific graphs and reports can therefore be generated to create the ideal presentation or brief to show clients and superiors. Financial KPIs are also available on the homepage dashboard, enabling your company to make intelligent business decisions on current projects.

Dashboards are easily configurable and can be designed to best suit your working methods. You have the ability to adapt to new reporting requirements through the flexible interface, ensuring a self-service aspect to the system. With a homepage dashboard, individual project dashboard and individual contact dashboard, engineers can find exactly what they are looking for with minimal effort and maximum speed and ease.
