Saunders Architects is a UK-based architectural practice with offices in London, Manchester, Bristol and Welwyn Garden City. Founded in 1988, they have earned a reputation for award-winning architecture and urban design. With a 70 strong national practice of architects, technologists and urban designers, they offer a comprehensive service across a variety of sectors.

They approached us in September 2020 looking to replace their existing system, Microsoft Exchange Public Folders . They were starting a new five-person team within the Saunders Group, providing them with an opportunity to put the best systems and processes in place to manage all project email correspondence. Our Gekko Email Management was the system they chose; a cloud-based email system which enables collaboration, automatic project email filing and easy email search.

The new add-in for desktop and mobile versions of Microsoft Outlook helps staff to file incoming and outgoing emails to the correct project in Gekko. Gekko’s ability to search across multiple criteria enables the team to be more responsive to clients enquiries.

We look forward to seeing how Gekko helps them to streamline their administrative processes and organisation.
