With so many upcoming updates to the Rapport3 software on the horizon this year, we have been hosting Rapport3 Next Generation focus groups, inviting current clients to learn more about the future changes, and how they will benefit businesses in the AEC industry.
“I get a real buzz out of showing where Rapport3 NG is heading. There’s still a lot to do but its really taking shape now and we’re hoping first upgrades will be later this year.”
Blake Edwards, Technical Director
Clients that attended our most recent focus group included dRMM
, Hazel McCormack Young, Ryder Architecture
, Purcell
, Glenn Howells
, Wolf Architects
, Hopkins
, Stride Treglown
and Costello Medical.
“We presented our ideas and it was extremely useful receiving instant feedback, with discussions leading to a natural conclusion on functionality” Ian Mort, Product Owner.
The key items discussed at the meeting concentrated on new demonstrations of filtering, page building and reporting, as well as discussion on exchange rates and automation, plus detailed dialogue on work stages and variations gave clients a lot more insight on Rapport3’s capabilities. We deliberated our communication channel with the group going forwards, and decided Slack
, which has worked well with our Gekko beta group discussions, would be ideal.
“Thanks again for this afternoon’s session, both Graeme and I really appreciated the opportunity to input our thoughts. Looking forward to development of NG!”
David Stabler, Project Manager at Ryder Architecture.
“Thank you very much for the invitation today. The session was really interesting and hopefully I was able to add some value. The development of NG will be good for all of us and I’m more than happy to help where I can.”
Ben Round, Finance Director at Glenn Howells Architects.
