We recently had two Rapport3 user groups, one in Dublin and one in London. The User Groups are a fantastic opportunity for our team and clients to connect in person, exchange ideas, and discuss the exciting developments at Rapport3. In both cities, many of our clients joined us, many of whom have been clients since the early days of Rapport3 and some who are just beginning their implementation process.
Daniel kicked off the afternoon by sharing business insight with our customers. Liam took over to share how the customer experience team has supported our clients since our last User Group, including overseeing the handover process from implementation to support, regular catch-up meetings to help customers get the most value, and adding new members to the team to implement workflow changes. Liam also highlighted how we connected and communicated with clients through webinars, focus groups, special interest groups, and client newsletters.
In the later part of the presentation, we discussed Rapport3 and its future updates. Phil shared Rapport3 updates, including an overview of the past 12 months, Rapport3’s new API, and how our integrations are performing. Blake and Will presented the future plans for Rapport3 and gave a live demonstration of the new features, including drag-and-drop planning tools, the interactive insights tool, more granular security controls, multi-language support, and more. Our clients were very engaged and asked lots of questions to all of our presenters.
It was great to hear such positive feedback and for our clients to provide us with greater insights into how they use our product and what additions they’d love to see. We are very lucky to have clients who want to be so heavily involved in the development of Rapport3 and who care about its direction.
Following the presentations, we went to a local bar for food and drinks. It was an opportunity for clients to mingle with our team and other clients, share ideas, and discuss how business is going. We ended the night in London with a table quiz, where the Hydrock, CampbellReith, and Hopkins team took home the top prize! We also had fun using paper to build the highest structure possible. Clearly, some very skilled construction professionals were in the room based on how high and sturdy they could build the paper structures!
The Rapport3 team would like to thank all of our clients who attended the User Groups, and we are already planning and looking forward to our next client event.
Hear from our clients on why events like the User Group benefit them:
“We just want to continue that journey with you to help us ensure that we’ve got the right technology for our business, and we want to see the software grow. The more the team collaborates and speaks to people across the industry, the more beneficial the product will be for us.” - Natasha Manzaroli, Chief Operating Officer, Sybarite
“I’ve not encountered a company that considers the needs of its clients as much as Cubic Interactive. The focus group sessions they have organised have been a great success. It really helps to understand what like-minded companies are up to and how they process their information, as does the opportunity to be in a room together and share how we all do things. It’s incredibly valuable to share that knowledge with peers, and I’m sure for Cubic too, to understand the pressure points and successes from each business.” - Kate Cox, Head of Operations - Howells
“The fact that Cubic continues to improve the software with updates is brilliant. They are great at reacting to client queries and requests and rolling out improvements for everybody where it benefits. It’s great to see them working on the next generation of software while improving the existing software at the same time, at no extra cost to us.” - Farrells
