Howells and a major Australian firm, Plus Architecture, are collaborating to design a residential building in Scarborough, located on the coast of Perth in Australia.

A new high-rise building named 200 West Coast Highway is set to replace the existing low-rise buildings. It will have 264 apartments with one, two, and three bedrooms.

The Tide, a new housing complex in Scarborough, will set aside 12% of its homes as affordable housing for working Australians. This will help build a strong community and make the area more vibrant.
