Pilbrow & Partners have taken on Rapport3 Project Costing, HR, CRM, Productivity Pack & a number of integrations for a fully integrated and centralised project management system. 

Pilbrow & Partners is an award-winning London-based architecture and urban design studio, established in 2013. The practice is led by partners Fred Pilbrow, Tal Ben-Amar, Keb Garavito Bruhn, Sam Yousif and Gareth Wilkins. Pilbrow & Partners currently have a team of architects and urban planners working on projects in the UK and abroad from their Farringdon studios. As well as a team of architects and urban planners, the practice is supported by specialist resources in town planning, environmental analysis, parametric modelling, BIM, visualisation and model making.

Pilbrow were using a range of different systems for their project, practice and accounts management, including Microsoft Excel, Hibob, Open Asset, Newforma, and SAGE 50. Most of these are individual systems that do not offer integrations, so duplication of data was an issue. When looking for a more integrated solution, Pilbrow & Partners reviewed a number of other products. We are pleased that they decided to choose Rapport3 and felt that our implementation team had a fantastic understanding of their requirements.

Having a centralised system with a single version of the truth and integrated with their accounts solution will improve efficiency, accuracy of information, and dynamic reporting.
