Meitheal Architects reviewed several systems including the project management system project system Deltek, looking to migrate away from Arctech Pro to a system that offers centralised management of projects and their financials. After a search for a project management solution our project financial system Rapport3 came out ahead of all competitors. Meitheal Architects decided to switch to Rapport3 from Arctech Pro.

Meitheal Architects have taken on Rapport3’s core module Project Costing; in addition to that, they have also taken HR and Contacts (CRM) modules providing them with simple to use timesheets, intuitive expenses, streamlined budget planning and resource planning.

Rapport3’s Contacts module will help inform of project updates and conversations across their customer base and give quick access to key metrics eg. key client dashboard.

Rapport3’s HR module helps the AEC professionals manage their employee’s leave, skills and performance effortlessly with our skills matrix. Rapport3’s skills matrix can help Meitheal Architects manage their employees onboarding process and help them grow their skills with your company’s progress.

Meitheal Architects also took on our Accounts IQ Integration and Newforma Integration  to Improve PIM solution, productivity, reduce errors and establish an automatic flow of data between systems, including sales invoices, purchase invoices and staff expenses.
