MCORM Adopts Twinfield Accounts & Rapport3 Modules

We are delighted to announce that McCrossan O’Rourke Manning Architects have purchased our new Accounts module, powered by Twinfield, as well as our Project Costing and Contacts (CRM) modules.

McCrossan O’Rourke Manning Architects (MCORM) are a leading Dublin-based architectural practice, specialising in Master-Planning and Residential Design for Private Developer, Institutional and Public Sector clients. They were established in 1986 and champion creative and innovative design projects delivered on-time and within budget. 

 


In January 2020, they purchased three Rapport3 modules to help them deliver on their ethos of timely and budget-friendly projects. For a one-stop-shop project costing and accounting solution, they purchased our Accounts module, powered by
Twinfield Online Accounting Software. This scalable software can grow as their business grows, allowing them to cope with their expansion into Commercial and Mixed Use sectors. Beginning with basic bookkeeping functions, with the option to add more advanced features such as Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, Inter-Company Postings, Group Consolidation and Currency Revelation, our Twinfield Accounts module can be entirely customised to MCORM’s requirements. They can view their financial position in the currency of their choice, and a time-saving report drill-down enables immediate responses to queries. 

 


To support this, they also purchased our Rapport3
Project Costing module , which encompasses an expansive range of features to ensure you stay completely in control of your project management. Timesheets, leave booking and team management allow them to keep on top of their 50 talented Architects and Architectural Technologists for each project, whilst budget planning, resource planning, expenses, billing, QA reporting and a handy project search feature enables them to plan and deliver their projects as efficiently as possible, with all the data they could possibly need displayed on a powerful user-friendly dashboard. 

 


Additionally, to help keep track of their growing organisation and maintain their excellent service to, and line of communication with their clients, MCORM have purchased our Contacts (CRM) module. This allows them to display key, GDPR-compliant contact information on one powerful, easy-to-search dashboard. With an intelligent contact lifecycle retaining company history, and a campaign management system, comprehensive integration with Outlook and the capability to manage tasks through a mobile or Outlook plug-in, our CRM module is the best way to help MCORM manage their contacts and commitments.
