Since its founding in 1991, McElroy Associates has concentrated on creating trusting working relationships with its clients. For both foreign and Irish clients, McElroy Associates provides design, project management, and construction supervision services.

McElroy Associates reviewed several systems, looking to migrate away from Quantum to a system that offers centralised financial management and increased visibility of future revenue and resource. After a search for a solution Rapport3 came out ahead of all competitors. Our presence in the Irish market and strong relationships with clients, alongside our head of operations Danielle Cahill’s experience, was the selling point for McElroy Associates’ Managing Director, Ray Curran. He was also impressed that we could show off Rapport3's role-based security, so we made sure the user interface catered to the requirements of the various user categories. Not only will this make implementation simple for McElroy Associates, but also will provide the security settings they need across their array of successful projects.

McElroy Associates decided to switch to Rapport3 from Quantum. They have taken on Rapport3’s core Project Costing module, providing them with simple to use timesheets, intuitive expenses, streamlined budget planning and resource planning.

The user interface of Rapport3 is easily configurable such that it only displays a consultant's core tasks, helping to improve efficiency, project profitability and success rate Rapport3 has many tools specifically designed for how Architects, Engineers and Project Managers manage projects from enquiry through to billing.
