Hydrock came to Rapport3 in September 2019. There were many challenges in deploying their previous Practice Management solution at their Almondsbury HQ and connecting it to their 15 other offices. The Hydrock team worked hard to make it work for them, but as the business continued to expand it was clear that Hydrock needed a solution that could deal with the varying workflows across the different disciplines and functions and could be easily used by all staff.
Dave Lawes, Director of Programme Delivery, created a plan to help them move forward. He assembled a project team to identify ten possible vendors, and then engaged all levels of the business to build a Functional Requirement to score these vendors.

Gekko Email Management and Navision integration to help them fulfil these clearly defined requirements.
Our software is available on mobile devices, making it extremely user-friendly and accessible. Smart reporting and dashboards enable Hydrock to analyse their data and view business performance immediately. Our CRM module provides an intuitive search function which allows Hydrock to easily keep track of their clients and is integrated with their project management.
Even with the nationwide lockdown caused by coronavirus, training was a real success and all 500 staff went live on June 1st 2020. Hydrock can now operate as efficiently, collaboratively and intelligently as their Functional Requirements dictate.
