How does Rapport3 set itself apart from its competitors within the AEC industry?

Rapport3 has evolved over time to meet the needs of our users in the United Kingdom, the rest of Europe, the Middle East, and beyond. Of course, we had to account for some significant regional differences. We have updated our Xero accounts integration because this is unique to the Australian market . The most noticeable difference, however, is in leave booking. In all other regions, leave booking is based on an annual allowance: at the start of the year, users have their entire annual allowance available for booking at any time, with any unused days manually carried over.

In the Australian market, leave has to be accrued weekly, before it can be taken, and unused leave never expires. This has required a substantial rewrite of our leave booking and validation process. Rapport3 pulls the current leave balance from Xero and calculates a user's projected leave balance when making a future booking to make things easier. Behind the scenes, it's quite complicated, but it means Rapport3 can now support any number of accrued leave types, including Annual, Personal, and Long Service Leave. There is also no need to carry over leave at the end of the year. Users can easily see their current balance as well as their projected balance for any future week.
