Michael and Patty Hopkins began paving the way for British architecture in 1976, to which their business has grown to 172 members of staff, with offices across the world from London to Tokyo. As their second design studio expands in Dubai, Hopkins have now invested in the following modules; Project Costing, HR and Contacts to compliment their existing Rapport3 software.

As Hopkins take on new projects and continue to grow, the Rapport3 Job Costing module will ensure that the company keep on tops of any projects cost related aspects. Tools included by the software allow Hopkins to estimate and measure costs for jobs, as well as creating financial reports to analyse. Job Costing brings timesheets, expenses, budget and resource planning all into one place with an entire project overview.

Following new GDPR laws, it is important to protect client data, the Contacts system within Rapport3 was updated to ensure the safety of these personal details. With Hopkins growing client base, this module displays the information all in one place with the ability to search for contacts in the database, saving time trying to find customers in a large data base.

We look forward to seeing how the additional modules that Hopkins have implemented into their current Rapport3 system helps their business to grow and improve the smooth running of their project management in Dubai!
