The AJ100 Award Nominations

Our team at Cubic Interactive are excited to be working with clients who show such a commitment to their practice and end product. The AJ100 awards are a great chance to celebrate our clients hard work and success over the past 12 months. We are thrilled this year to see so many of our clients nominated across all categories.

Building of the Year

This category, based on a 2020 completion, is judged by design – functionally, materially and spatially – and in its delivery and performance. Nominations should also demonstrate client satisfaction, quality of user experience, and contribution to its wider environment.

Our client
Hawkins Brown has been nominated for this award, for their transformative work on the Grade II listed public library, into a new civic anchor for Plumstead’s local community.

This project's contribution to the community, with its flexible and adaptable design add such value to the project making it a strong nomination for the award. Their work provides a multi purpose space within a historical building, in keeping with the past and present for design.

Collaboration of the Year

Our client Broadway Malyan is part of a consortium led by Mott MacDonald to deliver the Global Future Cities Programme projects. Broadway Malyan have been key in delivering 13 projects in South East Asia that support economic regeneration through a series of targeted interventions on transportation, urban planning and urban resilience.

Their nomination for this award is testament to the transformational initiative, making significant strides in value added to each community and the sustainable approach.
