Award-winning Australian architects, k20 Architecture, have taken on Cubic Interactive’s Rapport3 to better cope with the demands of their busy practice. 

k20 Architecture is an award-winning Australia-based Architectural practice bringing together the disciplines of design, sustainability and performance to create places not only of function and elegance, but also of connection. Their projects include childcare and maternal health, schools and universities, community centres and healthcare facilities, heritage, office accommodation, residential and sports facilities. 

They joined Cubic Interactive at the end of July 2020, selecting our Rapport3 Project Costing and Xero Integration modules. k20 moved over to Rapport3 from MYOB Accounts and Excel Spreadsheets; a combination which was struggling to cope with the demands of a busy Architectural practice committed to the highest quality standards. 

Prior to contacting the Rapport3 team, they searched the market for a suitable project management system but struggled to find a product that ticked all the right boxes. Then they found our software, which would provide them with the functionality they require all in one place. 

The QA tools built into Rapport3 will help streamline the quality processes that have enabled them to achieve A+ membership of the Australian Institute of Architects .

Integration with their Xero accounts will replace MYOB and speed up invoicing, as well as ensuring the whole business has visibility of outstanding payments. 

Also, the Purchase Order (PO) tools in Rapport3 will help them better manage the many sub-consultants they are responsible for on the many public projects they specialise in; especially as they hand-pick all of the planners, surveyors, engineers and builders for their projects.
