Cubic Interactive Welcomes Six New Joiners To The Team

At Cubic Interactive, we value our employees' needs. With the growing success of our company, we hired twelve new people this year. Some of the new joiners shared their experiences of being a part of Cubic Interactive.

"I've learnt a lot about the software and how it works, and I'm excited for what Cubic have in store in the future." – Tynesha Radcliffe, Software Support Consultant

Tynesha is doing a team leader apprenticeship with us. She aims to stay with us as a team leader after finishing her apprenticeship, and we would love to have her on board! She says she learned a lot since she started her journey with us and what makes her feel motivated is that there is always an opportunity for progression in Cubic Interactive.

"Cubic has a very inclusive, diverse working environment. I'm a proud non-binary person, and I'm already comfortable here and feel very welcome." – Matt Rogan, Junior Developer

At Cubic Interactive, we value and cherish diversity and inclusivity. We are happy to hear that Matt feels comfortable and welcomed at Cubic as a non-binary person. Matt joined us as a Junior Developer last month after completing their degree in Computer Science at the University of York. They have already adapted to many programming practices. We would love to see their progress in programming and coding.

"Cubic seemed like a company that was unreal, where the company really cares for the employees." - Sam Allnut, Business Development Representative

Our Business Development Representative, Sam, suggests that he felt a sense of family from the beginning of his career with us. Sam believes that what makes Cubic unique is the ability to ask for help and talk to people. In Cubic, we make sure our employees feel like they are a part of something much bigger whilst always having a say.

"Cubic feels like a home away from home. The team works like a family, considering the opinions of each of us." - Riya Grover, Business Development Representative

Riya joined us in August for the position of Business Development Representative. She moved to the UK in 2021 for her master's in Business, Finance at Brunel University. She says she feels found and no longer feels homesick after joining Cubic. Riya is ecstatic about the support and training she receives from us. As a company, we invest in our employees and provide training to support their career growth.

"I am thrilled to be a part of this friendly team." - Ali Erdenay, Marketing Assistant

Our new Marketing Assistant Ali joined us shortly after finishing his master's in Digital Media at the University of Sussex. Ali says the friendly environment of Cubic makes him feel more motivated and comfortable. He's been a part of the team for two weeks, but he says it feels like months! He cannot wait to see his career progress with us, and we are so excited to have him in our marketing team!
