Our client has completed several key office projects this year including 125 Deansgate and i9 Wolverhampton Interchange which contributed into winning this award.
125 Deansgate is a beautifully designed office building located on Deansgate, one of Manchester's oldest streets, in the city's centre. i9 is a landmark office building for the City of Wolverhampton Council. i9 provides 604 sq m of additional retail space over three units in addition to 3,865 sq m of Grade A office space as part of the larger renovation of Interchange.
Moreover, By establishing a more adaptable framework for expansion, luring companies away from the capital, and assisting Birmingham in becoming a walkable/cyclable city, their utopian strategy for MEPC is reshaping Birmingham's infrastructure. Two Chamberlain Square and One Centenary Way, which deliver much more than just a workspace, represent a crucial turning point in Paradise's masterplan's realisation.
