MAE Architects select Rapport3 to centralise their projects and finances.
MAE
have a team of 45+ that work on and design buildings that seek to address today’s urban, social and environmental challenges. Their aim is always to create buildings and places that enrich culture and society. With a clear focus on brownfield sites, they promote green policies. MAE have designed the UK’s largest newbuild Passivhaus scheme with each new project reinforcing their environmental credentials.
MAE reviewed several systems, looking to migrate away from Project Minder to a system that offers centralised management of projects their financials.
After a search for a solution Rapport3 came out ahead of all competitors. MAE architects have taken on Rapport3’s core Project Costing
module, providing them with simple to use timesheets, intuitive expenses, streamlined budget planning and resource planning.
In addition to the Project Costing module, MAE took on our Contacts
module. Rapport3’s Contact module, gives MAE a CRM system that is fully integrated with project financials, providing visibility across your customer base. Rapport3’s Contacts module will help inform MAE of project updates and conversations across their customer base, and give quick access to key metrics eg. key client dashboard.
MAE also took on our Xero Integration, to Improve productivity, reduce errors and establish an automatic flow of data between systems, including sales invoices, purchase invoices and staff expenses.
