Lysander had invested a lot of time into various spreadsheets and processes that were struggling to meet the growing demands of more rapidly changing projects. Our Contacts (CRM) module contains a powerful dashboard, with features unlike any competitor, including a campaign management system, comprehensive integration with Outlook, the capability to manage business development tasks through mobile and Outlook plugins, and an intelligent contact lifecycle. The module will encourage all of Lysander’s staff to keep contact information up to date, whilst the Outlook plug-in and mobile app will ensure that the contact database grows and business development tasks are created and actioned by the right person at the right time.
Our HR module keeps key staff information available in a searchable database, including skills information and performance reviews, enabling you to keep track of your team as you keep track of your project. The new skills matrix available in the HR module is just one example of how Lysander can empower staff to provide data that helps win more work and resource projects more intuitively.
