Cunnane Stratton Reynolds Choose Rapport3 and Gekko

Cunnane Stratton Reynolds are landscape architects and town planners based in both Ireland and the UK. They introduced Rapport3 Project Costing and Gekko Email Management to their practice for centralised email filing and project information. 

Cunnane Stratton Reynolds are landscape architects, providing town planning, landscape architecture, environmental assessment and arboriculture services to developers and the public sector throughout Ireland and the UK from offices in Dublin, Cork and Galway. They focus on combining local knowledge with national experience in all sectors of development to provide clients with a reliable and effective planning and design service. 

They came to Cubic Interactive in June 2020, taking on our main Rapport3 Project Costing module and our Gekko Email Management . The email management was particularly key, as they struggled to centrally file emails, but they also wanted the ability to track projects across multiple offices with Rapport3. Impressed by our expanding client base in Ireland, they joined Cubic Interactive with the confidence that we could support their whole organisation. 

Our Rapport3 Project Costing module provides functionalities such as billing, resource planning, budget planning, business intelligence, project search and more, all displayed on sophisticated and intuitive dashboards. Cunnane Stratton Reynolds can use this to forecast projects and issue invoices from a central database, which will improve process and efficiency at the practice - especially after transferring over from Excel. 

Gekko Email Management centralises email organisation, making filing, searching and managing project emails easy and efficient. Project folders are available across the whole team, meaning all staff can access any email in any project, with the fast email search feature allowing them to locate even the most remote email quickly. All staff at Cunnane Stratton Reynolds can now file emails efficiently, with Gekko also enabling the accessibility of all project emails across the practice.
