Highly-respected landscape architecture and urban design practice, Bradley Murphy Design, desired a more integrated project management solution to improve efficiency, particularly in the current climate. They chose our Rapport3 Project Costing, Contacts (CRM), HR and Gekko Email Management to provide the functionality they need in a single interface.


Founded in 2011 by Laura Bradley and Ryan Murphy, Bradley Murphy Design is an established and highly-respected landscape architecture and urban design practice with a dedicated team of experienced landscape architects, urban designers, ecologists and arborists. They operate throughout the UK from their studio in South Warwickshire and have cemented an extensive portfolio of clients and projects thanks to their ability to provide a complete green infrastructure service for projects of any scale. Bradley Murphy Design specialise in the creation of people-focused, sustainable landscapes, open spaces and public realm, seeing their role as guardians of existing landscapes and as champions for the creation of new, high-quality landscapes. 


Bradley Murphy Design were using WorkflowMax and a range of spreadsheets for their project management within the practice, which they found inefficient. Given the current climate especially, they felt they needed a more streamlined and integrated solution to better manage their projects and growing practice. They came to Cubic at the end of October this year and we advised them to take on our Rapport3 Project Costing , Contacts (CRM) , HR , Gekko Email Management and SAGE integration modules for a truly integrated solution to unite a wide range of their day-to-day working activities. Now, they can access all business and financial information through a single interface, with no data duplication and less mistakes.


Our Rapport3 Project Costing is our main module and powerhouse, incorporating budget planning, expenses, timesheets, QA, business intelligence and more into a single interface, with sophisticated dashboards providing automatic data reporting. Integration with SAGE means that Bradley Murphy Design can have all Accounts information in one place. With this, Bradley Murphy Design can ensure projects are run smoothly, on budget and on time. Alongside this, our HR module offers a staff skills base and search, allowing Bradley Murphy Design to put the right people on every project. 


Our Contacts (CRM) module keeps contact information clearly displayed on the dashboard, with an intelligent contact lifecycle retaining company history, keeping it always easily accessible. The powerful dashboard has features unlike any competitor, including a campaign management system, comprehensive integration with Outlook and the capability to manage business development tasks through mobile and Outlook plugins. This allows Bradley Murphy Design to keep track of their growing client base across the UK, which is especially valuable in these uncertain times of remote working. 


Similarly, Gekko Email Management makes simultaneous communication with a variety of contacts from a range of different products simple and easy. Project emails are automatically filed in dedicated, cloud-based folders, so every team member can access all project communications when they need to.
