Hopkins Architects Add HR Module to their Rapport3 Package

Founded in 1976, Hopkins Architects have helped pioneer British architecture whilst also completing projects throughout the world. With their team growing, they opted to expand their Rapport3 repertoire.

Working in offices that they designed themselves, Hopkins Architects has a team of around 100 staff, including experienced and passionate designers, architects, innovators and more. The company is quickly developing and expanding, with a second Design Studio now based in Dubai and Project Offices in Tokyo, Shanghai and Munich.

The size of the practice has expanded their capacity to take on new, exciting and complex projects, broadening their experience in a diversity of sectors. However with such a growing team, they needed to consider more elements of Human Resources. With the new Rapport3 HR module they have taken on, key staff information is available in a searchable database, including skills information and performance reviews.
