astudio Takes on Rapport3 HR Module

astudio is an award-winning architectural practice, with an extremely talented team of architectural professionals. They were using Microsoft Excel for their HR processes, but they found it extremely inefficient. Already being a Rapport3 client, it was simple for them to introduce our HR module to their existing package for a truly integrated system

Based in London and Lisbon, astudio is an award-winning architectural practice, delivering highly-regarded work across four continents. They have been awarded Architectural Practice of the Year by Building magazine in recognition of their work and are full of talented, innovative people, each of whom is extremely valued by the practice. They have skills in designing projects from high rise towers to private houses, across all sectors and scales, from concept to completion, all with sustainability in mind. 


astudio have an extremely highly skilled team, whom they put a significant focus on supporting. Within their team they have RIBA Silver medal winners, AJ100 judges, and top national students graduating from both their Part I and Part II qualifications. They also support Part II students in achieving their Part III Architectural qualification. astudio are an existing client of ours and recently they decided they needed to improve their Human Resources processes. They were using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets to manage their staff information, which they found increasingly inefficient. So, they decided to take on our Rapport3 HR module to complement the existing modules they have already implemented. 


Our HR module will ensure that all their staff data is held in the same system as project data, enabling them to track their team as they keep track of their projects. As a company who truly values their staff, they can now keep key staff information available in a searchable database, including skills information and performance reviews. Not only can they therefore put the right people on every project, but they can continue to help their staff develop their skills even further by identifying areas for growth. The module also provides CPD, Benefits and Recruitment features, so astudio can make sure that they take care of their staff as people and as professionals at all times, from one place. 


We are looking forward to seeing how they enjoy using an even more integrated system with the addition of HR to their existing Rapport3 modules.
