Sybarite’s journey with
Rapport3 began in 2023 when they were looking to replace their previous system with a more intuitive, user-friendly project and resource management system. We recently caught up with Natasha Manzaroli, Chief Operating Officer at Sybarite, to discuss why they selected Rapport3, their implementation experience, and how the Rapport3 team has supported them in their transition.
Sybarite is an architecture and design firm specialising in luxury retail environments. They combine innovative design with precision detailing to create engaging spaces that enhance customer experience.
Sybarite has collaborated with notable global brands, and their projects range from individual boutique stores to large-scale retail developments. Their approach is characterised by a blend of modern aesthetics with functional design, ensuring that each space is visually appealing and effectively serves its intended commercial purposes.
Sybarite faced issues with their previous system. Although it is a software known for being visually appealing, they found it was not intuitive enough, and the reports didn’t provide the required level of detail.
"I think it is a pretty tool that gives you some attractive-looking reports, but its functionality is not logical.”

“It is pretty, but the data and reporting aren’t as strong as Rapport3. In comparison, everything in Rapport3 is integrated, so you have a clear understanding of what you’re looking at when reviewing and making business decisions.”

They haven’t been able to see real-time labour costs against fees with our previous product, but I think they’re finding it quite informative. Rapport3 for architects is far more intuitive, and they’re seeing and experiencing that benefit.”

Our specialist Power BI team can help build custom reports and train your team in Power BI, and you can choose from a selection of our Power BI packs. Since introducing Rapport3, Sybarite has seen the benefits of integrating both software.
