In 2015, PJA invested in Rapport3, realising that they needed a more efficient timesheet and project financials system to facilitate their exponential growth. Having been formerly spreadsheet based, they started to research project management systems that would work with their complex and varied project processes. Rapport3 was brought up as an ideal solution, with some of the directors having utilised it at precious companies in their career.

Communication Massively Improved
With so many offices around the country, their team of over 70 needed a consistent and reliable means of communication, which Rapport3 has provided.

PJA use multiple Rapport3 integration modules to ensure that the data inputted into systems that they use outside of Rapport3 are automatically transferred into the Rapport3 database, and related reports. Their accounting software, SAGE and email management software, Newforma, are both linked seamlessly to Rapport3 to ensure consistency of information and ease of use.
