The client

MKO introduced four of our Rapport3 modules to their consultancy practice when they came on board, including our main Project Costing module. Encompassing features such as budget planning, expenses, timesheets and resource planning, it quickly became instrumental in their ongoing project processes. 


Their spokesperson, Finance & Operations Manager Regina Madden, noted that they have been able to include labour, staff expenses and subcontractor expenses within their project costing, enabling them to establish the profitability of a project at any given time. She also praised the Purchase Order feature, saying “The Purchase Order function has saved a huge amount of time in that our process is built around Rapport and the purchase invoice is not accepted unless it is on Rapport in advance. MKO’s spokesperson commended this customer support structure as “Excellent” and said “The support team are brilliant and are constantly working with us to solve problems and make existing tasks better.” It’s great that MKO has benefitted from being able to tailor Rapport3’s extensive functionality to their specific needs and to their various service departments within the business. 


Overall, MKO’s spokesperson noted that they were extremely happy with the system and what they were getting out of it. So much so, in fact, that they are looking to achieve an even more integrated solution by moving to our Twinfield Accounting module from Sage 50 in 2021. Allowing for more aligned reporting between the two systems, our Twinfield Accounts module will be a great addition to MKO’s package.
