We welcomed Bond Bryan to Cubic Interactive in May 2018. They approached us looking to gain better reporting capabilities - so that all of their spreadsheets and documents could be moved into one intelligent system which would constantly analyse and report on their data. Desiring deeper insights into profitability, time management, efficiency and commercial opportunities, they also wanted to be able to share such information at all levels of their organisation in various capacities.

The Rapport3 HR module provides an intelligent and fast Staff Search and comprehensive Skills Base tracking for each member of the team - so that the right people can be selected for the right projects - as well as CPD, Benefits and Recruitment capabilities . It enables clients to keep track of their staff as they grow to continually take care of them as professionals and individuals and to identify opportunities for personal development so that the team can reach its full potential.

Rapport3 is a fantastic system for enabling seamless remote working - which has become increasingly prevalent in recent months with the COVID-19 pandemic. Bond Bryan enthusiastically praised the benefits of having Rapport3 on board to aid with working from home, noting: “Live updates of projected fee income are invaluable, and we have been able to create scenario plans to evaluate the rapidly-changing fee income caused by COVID-19. We, literally, don’t know how we would have managed without Rapport3 and Power Bi.”
