Established in 2010, Ben Adams Architects have made a huge impression on the architectural world in a relatively short time. Their team of now over 70 people are renowned for their ability to design spaces that not only fulfil the clients' immediate needs but also take into account sustainability and future requirements. Flexibility is a major aspect of Ben Adams Architects' ideology, project managing a range of projects for a diversity of clients. Unlike many architectural firms, ongoing research plays a key role in ensuring they are constantly up to speed with the latest materials, urban technologies, structural techniques and more.

At Ben Adams, their approach for each project is completely bespoke. With clients often market leaders in their industries, such as Derwent London, The V&A, Phillips de Pury, First Base, The Science Museum and Great Portland Estates, their project management and organisation must be flawless. Therefore they are migrating away from their current system, one of our competitors,a traditional ERP system that is reliant on dedicated on-premise hardware, which has recently been taken over by a large American company. They have chosen to invest in Rapport3 project management software instead, opting for multiple modules including Project Costing, HR, Contacts and
SAGE 50 integration.

We are excited to have Ben Adams Architects on board with Rapport3, and are excited to see how our software will help streamline their business processes compared to their previous system, particularly their experience with our Contacts module. Key contact information is clearly displayed on the dashboard, with an intelligent contact lifecycle retaining company history, easily accessible. The powerful dashboard has features unlike any competitor, including a campaign management system, comprehensive integration with Outlook and the capability to manage business development tasks through mobile and Outlook plugins. We can't wait to see how Ben Adams can utilise this to gain an even better reputation in the AEC industry.
