This month our Cubic Interactive team hosted a focus group across our Rapport3 client base to discuss priorities of future development work.

After many successful focus groups we have developed Rapport3 over the years including the following;

Companies & company groups

After previous successful focus groups, our Cubic Interactive team were able to introduce the ‘Companies’ and ‘Company Groups’ feature to Rapport3. The feedback we received helped shape the development work, now our clients can easily manage companies and company groups within Rapport3.

The new Companies application brings the management of companies front and centre. Key features include:

• A new overview tab which provides key panels for company information, maps, business development notes and projects.

• Business development notes can now be added direct against the company, and do not have to be attached to a contact.

• Company details can now be easily maintained in the Details and new other Info tabs

HR Overview 

A new Overview tab brings a consistent look and feel to the HR module, and makes key tools and information more accessible.

Key features include:

• Staff metrics, providing information about grades and rates, sickness absence, length of service and more.

• A new overview tab, providing essential staff details.

• A performance targets tab, providing information about performance vs targets.

• A new Process tab, which introduces the QA module to HR

Skills Matrix

This allows a user to browse all staff entries, read only. The logged on user can update their own record.

Upcoming focus group

Our next focus group will be based on the HR self-service portal – a further discussion continuing from the last HR focus group.
